Position: R&D Project Manager

Carbon Solutions is hiring a mid-career R&D Project Manager to manage federal and commercial R&D projects in carbon management, including areas such as CO2 Transportation and Storage, Subsurface Characterization and Modeling, and Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED) studies. If you have expertise in project management and a passion for advancing carbon management solutions, apply by December 20th, 2024.

  • Community and Stakeholder Engagement, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis, survey design and analysis, stakeholder interviews 
  • Project Management, particularly in the Energy or Environmental Sectors  
  • Software development in Julia, particularly deploying cloud-based solutions
  • Industry Decarbonization and Fuel Switching  
  • Techno-Economics 
  • Applied Mathematics and Computer Engineering, with emphasis in Optimization and Network Analysis (experience in Julia) 
  • Geography, GIS, and Graphic Design 
  • Geology / Geomechanics, particularly experience in oil and gas
