Rachael Esh
Community Engagement Coordinator
Rachael is the Community Engagement Coordinator at Carbon Solutions and a ten-year resident of Wyoming. She enjoys providing community support and accessible technical information surrounding CO2 capture and storage (CCS), direct air capture (DAC), energy equity, hydrogen, and renewable energy. Rachael is passionate about connecting communities and stakeholders to innovative solutions surrounding environmental justice and supporting community benefits plans.
Prior to joining Carbon Solutions, Rachael worked as a classroom and outdoor science educator, community outreach coordinator, and small business owner. She earned her MS and Teaching Certificate from the University of Wyoming and undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Environmental Biology. In her free time, Rachael enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and exploring Wyoming’s natural playground. You may find her reading a book, creating art, or working on her children’s book series.
