At Carbon Solutions, our team isn’t complete without the four-legged (and sometimes mischievous) companions who brighten our days. This month, we’re spotlighting three beloved pets who keep their humans on their toes—whether through snow-filled adventures, sneaky snack strategies, or remote work “contributions.”
David Tu’s Snowball, a Gerberian Shepsky rescue, has overcome a rough start in life and now thrives in the great outdoors. With striking blue spots on his tongue, he lives up to his name, loving nothing more than wrestling with other dogs and bounding through fresh snow. Meanwhile, BJ Brooks cares for Rustle, a skittish stray cat who has never been touched but always announces his arrival with the rustling of leaves. His dedication to meal times is unmatched. Jessi Eidbo’s dogs, Oslo and Sogn, bring their own flair to the household—Sogn is in training for sheepdog herding trials, while Oslo is a self-proclaimed food critic, eagerly inspecting every meal Jessi considers eating. Both dogs take their yoga practice seriously, claiming any available mat for a well-earned stretch. When it comes to remote work, Oslo ensures meeting productivity by offering loud (and unexpected) feedback anytime his nemesis—a neighborhood squirrel—makes an appearance outside the window.
