Recently, Monica led the initiative to prioritize and develop our recruitment strategy, focusing on aligning new hires with our company’s mission and values. By designing and implementing the recruitment system, documenting internal processes, and establishing KPIs, Monica ensured that we attracted and retained exceptionally talented staff. Her work has been instrumental in driving the company’s success, and she finds immense satisfaction in creating system solutions that benefit our strategic goals.

Outside of her professional achievements, Monica enjoys a variety of hobbies, from sewing and playing the clarinet to fishing, yoga, and traveling. Harnessing Diverse Behavioral Styles at Carbon Solutions

At Carbon Solutions, our work is rooted in scientific research and active community engagement. To effectively blend these elements, we recognize the importance of a workplace that embraces diverse behavioral styles. This diversity enables us to approach problems from various angles, fostering innovation and improving our ability to communicate with both internal teams and external partners. One tool we use to enhance this communication is the DISC assessment, which helps us understand and adapt to different behavioral styles, facilitating better teamwork and collaboration.

The DISC assessment categorizes behavior into four main types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. By identifying these styles, we can tailor our interactions to suit individual strengths and preferences, promoting a more cohesive and productive work environment. This understanding is crucial in maximizing the unique contributions of our employees, ensuring that everyone can thrive and contribute to our mission of advancing carbon management solutions.
